These Terms govern your use of Lucky Please at luckyplz.com and any related games, tools, and services we publish under the same brand. By using the site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please don't use the site.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using luckyplz.com — whether or not you create an account — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") together with the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you are using the site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of the Service
Lucky Please is a free, browser-based collection of random-decision games and tools, including but not limited to: wheel spinners (roulette), ladder games (amidakuji / ghost leg), car racing, lotto, team pickers, multiplayer bingo, multiplayer quiz, and small utilities. The service is funded by advertising and is provided to you at no charge.
The service is offered "as is." We may add, modify, or remove games, features, or content at any time without prior notice, and we may impose rate limits or temporary downtime for maintenance, upgrades, or abuse prevention.
3. Eligibility
To use Lucky Please, you must be old enough to use online services in your jurisdiction:
- United States: at least 13 years old (per COPPA).
- European Union: at least 16 years old by default; lower in member states that have set a lower threshold (down to 13).
- Korea: at least 14 years old (per the Personal Information Protection Act for accounts that store personal data).
- Elsewhere: the local minimum age for online services. If you are a minor, you may use the site only with the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
By using the site you represent that you meet these requirements. If we learn a user is below the applicable age, we will treat that account as a deletion event under our Privacy Policy.
4. Optional Accounts
The core games on Lucky Please work without an account. Sign-in is optional and only required for certain social or cross-device features (saved groups, public boards, multiplayer history). We use OAuth via Google or Kakao for authentication; we do not see, store, or process your password.
- You are responsible for the security of your OAuth provider account. If your Google or Kakao account is compromised, your Lucky Please session will also be compromised.
- One person, one account. Don't share accounts. Don't impersonate another person.
- You can delete your account at any time by emailing [PRIVACY] from the address tied to the account. See the Privacy Policy for the deletion timeline.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the site only for its intended purpose — playing the games — and to act with basic good faith toward other users and toward the service. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or automate gameplay beyond what a normal browser does. Rate limits apply; bypassing them is a violation of these Terms.
- Submit prohibited content as game inputs, including but not limited to: content that is illegal under applicable law; content that sexually exploits minors (CSAM); content that promotes terrorism, mass violence, or other serious crime; targeted harassment, threats, or doxxing of identifiable people; pornographic or sexually explicit content; intellectual property you do not have the right to use.
- Use the service to harass other users in multiplayer rooms — through chat, display name, or any other in-room action.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, cooldowns, vote-throttling, or other technical safeguards we have put in place, including by using multiple accounts to manipulate outcomes.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service or any related system without our prior written consent. Coordinated security disclosure is welcome — email [LEGAL].
- Use the service for commercial purposes — for example, embedding our games in a paid product, repackaging them in a competing service, or running ads against them outside our own ad placements — without our prior written permission.
- Frame, mirror, or republish meaningful portions of the site under another brand without our written permission. Linking to public game URLs is fine and welcome.
We may suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.
6. User Content
"User Content" means anything you submit through the site — game inputs (names, options, results), multiplayer chat messages, board posts, support emails, and similar.
- You retain ownership of your User Content. We do not claim ownership of names, options, or other inputs you create.
- You grant us a limited license — non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide — to host, display, distribute, and process your User Content solely as necessary to operate the service. For example, displaying chat messages to other participants in the same multiplayer room. This license ends when you delete the content or the room expires.
- You are responsible for your User Content. If you submit something you do not have the right to share — for example, copyrighted text or another person's private information — that is your responsibility, not ours.
- We may remove User Content that violates these Terms, our Acceptable Use rules, or applicable law, with or without notice.
7. Intellectual Property
- What we own: the platform code, design, layout, brand name "Lucky Please," logos, illustrations, and original written content (blog posts, game descriptions, this Terms page).
- What we don't own: the underlying mechanics of public-domain games (roulette, ladder / amidakuji, lotto-style number drawing, team picking) are not our exclusive property — they are part of common cultural heritage. Our specific implementation, art, and code are ours.
- Your license to use the site: a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Lucky Please for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted by implication.
- Feedback: if you send us suggestions or ideas, we may use them without obligation. We won't claim ownership of your idea, but we may build something similar; if that's a problem, please don't send the suggestion.
8. Third-Party Services
Lucky Please integrates with services operated by other companies. By using Lucky Please you also agree to the applicable third-party terms:
We are not responsible for the content, terms, or actions of these third-party services.
9. Advertising
The site is supported by advertising delivered through Google AdSense. Specifically:
- The ads you see are selected by Google's ad systems and not curated by us. We do not endorse advertised products.
- Ad-blockers are permitted. We do not lock content behind a "please disable your ad-blocker" wall.
- For visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, personalized advertising is loaded only after consent via the in-page consent banner.
- Reports about misleading or malicious ads can be sent to [BUG] with a screenshot — we will pass them on to Google.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim:
- The implied warranty of merchantability — we don't promise the service is commercially viable for your purposes.
- The implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose — we don't promise the service is suitable for any specific use case (random number selection for cryptography, regulated lotteries, professional decision-making, gambling, etc., are all outside the intended scope).
- The implied warranty of non-infringement.
- Warranties of availability, accuracy, completeness, or reliability. The site may be unavailable, contain errors, or produce unexpected results.
The randomness in our games is provided for entertainment and casual decision-making. It is not certified for use in regulated lotteries, gambling, or any context with legal or financial consequences.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- Lucky Please will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or substitute service costs, arising from or related to your use of the service.
- Our total aggregate liability arising from or related to the service, however caused and under any theory of liability, is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months (which is typically USD 0) or (b) USD 100.
- Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the limits above may not apply to you in full. Where law caps the limitation at a higher floor, that floor applies.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lucky Please, its operator, and any contributors from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your User Content; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right; or (d) your misuse of the service.
13. Termination
- Your right to stop: you can stop using the site at any time, with no notice. If you have an account, you can delete it via [PRIVACY].
- Our right to suspend or terminate: we may suspend or terminate your access — including by deleting an account — for violating these Terms, for repeated abuse, for legal reasons, or because we are discontinuing the service. We will give reasonable notice where feasible, except in cases of severe violation, legal requirement, or unavoidable urgency.
- Effect of termination: the licenses granted under Sections 6 and 7 end. Provisions that by their nature should survive (Sections 7, 10, 11, 12, 15, 17) survive termination.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the service or the law evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. For material changes, we will display a notice banner on the home page for at least 14 days before the change takes effect, where feasible. Continued use of the site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms; if you don't agree, you should stop using the site.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, because the operator is based in Korea.
Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the service shall be brought exclusively in the Seoul Central District Court of the Republic of Korea, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction grants you the right to bring suit in your local court — in which case, that mandatory right is preserved.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed or limited only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms posted on the site for specific features, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lucky Please regarding your use of the service. They supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings between you and us on the same subject matter.
Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. No waiver is effective unless made in writing.

2. 서비스 설명

3. 이용 자격

- 미국: 만 13세 이상 (COPPA).

5. 허용된 사용
사이트는 본래 목적 — 게임 플레이 — 으로만 이용해주시고, 다른 사용자와 서비스에 대해 기본적인 신의성실로 행동해주세요. 구체적으로 다음 행위는 금지됩니다:
- 역공학 · 스크래핑 · 자동화 등 일반 브라우저의 동작을 벗어난 사용. 레이트 리밋이 적용되며, 이를 우회하는 것은 약관 위반입니다.
- 금지 콘텐츠를 게임 입력값으로 제출 — 적용 법령상 불법인 콘텐츠, 미성년자 성착취 콘텐츠(CSAM), 테러리즘 · 대량 폭력 · 기타 중대 범죄를 조장하는 콘텐츠, 식별 가능한 개인에 대한 표적 괴롭힘 · 협박 · 신상 공개, 음란물 또는 성적으로 노골적인 콘텐츠, 사용 권한이 없는 지식재산권 등을 포함하되 이에 한정되지 않습니다.
- 다른 사용자를 괴롭히는 행위 — 멀티플레이 룸의 채팅, 표시 이름, 기타 룸 내 동작을 통한 괴롭힘.
- 레이트 리밋, 쿨다운, 투표 제한 등 기술적 안전장치를 다중 계정 등으로 우회하여 결과를 조작하는 행위.
- 서비스 또는 관련 시스템의 취약점 탐색 · 스캔 · 테스트를 사전 서면 동의 없이 수행. 협력적 보안 공개는 환영합니다 — [LEGAL]로 메일.
- 상업적 목적 사용 — 예: 유료 제품에 게임 내장, 경쟁 서비스로 재포장, 우리의 광고 외부에서 우리 게임에 광고를 붙이기 — 사전 서면 허가 없이 금지.
- 다른 브랜드로 의미 있는 부분을 프레임 · 미러링 · 재배포하는 행위(서면 허가 없이 금지). 공개 게임 URL로의 링크는 자유롭게 환영합니다.

- 일부 관할에서는 특정 손해의 배제 또는 제한을 허용하지 않으므로 위 제한이 전부 적용되지 않을 수 있습니다. 법이 더 높은 하한을 정하는 경우 그 하한이 적용됩니다.
12. 면책
(가) 사용자 콘텐츠, (나) 본 약관 위반, (다) 지식재산권 또는 개인정보 권리를 포함한 제3자 권리 침해, (라) 서비스 오용 — 으로 인한 청구 · 요구 · 손실 · 비용(합리적 변호사비 포함)으로부터 Lucky Please, 운영자, 기여자를 방어 · 면책 · 보호하실 것에 동의하시는 것입니다.
13. 종료
- 사용자의 중단권: 언제든 사전 통지 없이 사이트 이용을 중단하실 수 있습니다. 계정이 있으시면 [PRIVACY]로 삭제 가능.

17. 완전 합의
본 약관은 개인정보처리방침 및 사이트의 특정 기능에 대해 게시된 추가 약관과 함께, 사용자의 서비스 이용에 관한 사용자와 Lucky Please 간의 완전한 합의를 구성합니다. 동일 사안에 대한 사용자와 우리 간의 사전 합의 · 의사소통 · 양해를 대체합니다.
특정 조항을 집행하지 않는다는 사실이 그 조항의 포기를 의미하지 않습니다. 어떤 포기도 서면으로 이루어지지 않는 한 효력이 없습니다.
